How do I choose a resistance band?
There are four labeled levels. Start with a lighter band and choose a level that lets you complete the movement with control. Follow the included guide for equipment-specific exercises.
Does it come with exercise instructions?
Yes. The printed poster shows movements for the equipment and can be kept in view during your session.
Which colors can I choose?
