Using our store

Please provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. Do not use the store for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation, or misuse another person's information.

Products and availability

We aim to keep product descriptions, measurements, prices, and availability accurate. Colors may appear differently across screens. Please review the product details and size information before ordering. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and any available options.

Orders, prices, and payment

Review your items, sizes, colors, shipping address, and final total before submitting an order. The selected currency, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is processed through the payment options offered there.

Orders are subject to availability and successful payment. If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled items. For a requested order change or cancellation, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Shipping and delivery

Our Shipping Policy explains U.S. shipping rates and delivery estimates. Standard U.S. delivery is estimated at 5–9 business days from placing the order to arrival, including processing and transit. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $49.99 USD or more.

Returns and refunds

U.S. customers can request eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. AFZ pays return shipping and provides a prepaid label. Item conditions, return instructions, and refund details are described in our Refund Policy.

Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used. Marketing emails are optional, and you can unsubscribe using the link in those emails.

Website content and third-party services

AFZ branding, images, and website content belong to AFZ or their respective owners. Do not reproduce or use them commercially without permission. Payment providers and other third-party services may have their own terms that apply when you use them.

Updates and your rights

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version here. Changes do not retroactively reduce your rights for an order already placed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
