Measure before you choose
Bust
With your arms relaxed, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape level and comfortable.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist, without pulling the tape tight.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Inches or centimeters?
Use whichever is easiest for you. One inch equals 2.54 centimeters. Keep your measurements in the same unit when comparing them.
Leave room for your layers
If you plan to wear a jacket over a sweatshirt, consider that extra layer when choosing your fit. Garment measurements and body measurements are different, so check which kind is listed.
